Social anxiety or social phobia can feel like an intense fear of being judged, negatively evaluated, or rejected in a social settings. It may be something you've experienced before and it may be flaring up at the moment as lockdown begins to be lifted and going back out in the world and to work becomes a reality again for a lot of us.

In this video I share some helpful techniques and visualisation that can help you to ease and understand social anxiety and stop isolating and avoiding engagements you'd love to be a part of.

It's reported that 12% of the population shares this challenge of feeling socially anxious. If you have experienced social anxiety, you know this can be debilitating, but it does not have to hold you back in life.
