Vulnerability & Connection

When can we hug, I’d like a timeline please. In this week’s video I’m looking at ways to still create real connection in our lives during lockdown and how being vulnerable is one of the best ways to make meaningful moments and calm our fears. We look at how to manage new vulnerability triggers resulting from corona virus, such as Zoom calls, living within a global pandemic, and coping with huge amounts of uncertainty.

If you’re anything like me, being vulnerable can leave you feeling like the world's a a scary place with sharp edges. It might even leave you wanting to hide away but, trust me, it really can be a superpower! If we can learn to understand, manage and communicate our vulnerability in a safe way, it can open the door to so many wonderful connections, that are deep and filled with meaning.
