Meditation & Accessing Inner Peace

I've been practising Transcendental Meditation (TM) daily for seven years now and its powerful effects and teachings have helped me a lot deal with anxiety and my monkey mind! In this video I dig into how making meditation part of your daily routine can have many positive effects on your life.

I look specifically around the visualisation of diving deep and accessing the vast reservoirs of inner peace we all have under the choppy surface of daily life. Benefits to having a daily practice can include a greater awareness and connection to yourself, those around you and the natural world which feels especially beneficial now!
