Seeing Things as Good or Bad
Do you often judge situations in your life as good or bad? Do you react from your ego, rather thank being able to observe the feelings and suspend your judgements and accept what is?
The Dalai Lama says that most of our sufferings as humans comes from wanting things to be different than they are and Shakespeare may have put it best in his play Hamlet with the line: "There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so."
In this week’s lockdown video we look at the powerful nature of good or bad thinking and how we can quieten its noise and find some peace to sit within.
I hope you enjoy and as always stay safe, stay home and know you're not alone.
