  • I offer talking therapy both in person at my counselling room at Cheshire Beauty and Wellbeing centre, as well as via video chat and phone.

  • Getting started can feel daunting but I will do my best to put you at ease from the start. Reach out through my contact form and we can schedule a free 15 minute call—I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach using an integrative method. I combine CBT, person-centered skills, alongside a psychodynamic approach to help tailor the sessions to your needs. I am also a trauma informed therapist, with experience in abuse and complex relationships.

  • I offer hour long sessions at £60. After an initial conversation, we can discuss how many sessions may be needed and how often you’d like the sessions to be.
