Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & The ABC Model // In this week's video I'm exploring The ABC model of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which can help us to understand more about why you think the things you think and where they come from, why you feel the way you do, and then why you take the actions you take.

The ABC model is a really helpful way of looking at where we can begin to become aware and take some more control of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. We cover some helpful examples in this video so you can really picture how the ABC Model of CBT plays out and apply it to your own life. The ABC model is part of a much wider type of therapy called CBT which focuses on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, how they all relate to one another, and how we can go about changing patterns that don't serve us.
