Three Tools to Calm Anxiety

More lockdown, coronavirus help and support in this week's YouTube video. I'm sure we are all suffering with varying waves of anxiety at the moment. We may feel safe in our homes but afraid of the outside world, shopping, going for a walk, worrying if we've touched things and then touched our face!

In this video, I share three really helpful tools I've been using to cope with my own anxiety and I've been sharing with my friends and family. Grounded in science and coming from experts across the world, these tools are used by yoga teachers, Navy Seals and the Gogglebox cast! We talk through some great soothing self care techniques you can do from the sofa and breathing techniques that are simple to remember and put into practice. Plus, a brilliantly creative podcast that has helped me release lots of stress and tears in a safe, calm way.
